Penny (Pumpkin) weighs 22.5 lbs at 1yr old.
She is a very sweet girl who’s been loving daycare, meeting everyone on walks and couch cuddles (finally!) It’s so funny going for walks with her. As we pass people, she tries to sit / lie down for them to get their attention. She’s a charmer! Penny also loves rolling around in the parks and people have recognized us as “the ones with the dog that likes to roll” LOL. She has a big personality and makes us laugh all the time. We love her and are so thankful to have such a friendly, funny pup. We love her so much!
Thank you for the best dog ever. You are the best breeder anyone could hope for.”

This is definitely a 5-star breeder!
“We recently got our Frenchie puppy from LillyandToby Frenchies.com. They are the best breeder! The puppies are born into and raised in a happy, healthy, family environment. They are surrounded in love. Our puppy was used to other pets and children and that was a plus for us. Leonor is passionate about her dogs and made sure all of our questions were answered. She has also been available for consultation since we brought our puppy home. The breeder is very knowledgeable about the dogs and what they need. She also provided a full package of everything we needed to let us know about our puppies first weeks in the world (including lots of pictures!) and referenced lots of information we will need as we raise him and train him. She loves and cares for them as her own and it clearly shows. This is definitely a 5-star breeder!” – A.Mathis

We highly recommend her!
“The entire experience has been great! We are first-time dog owners so we were very nervous about the process. Leonor has been very gracious! She has lots of experience with the breed and answered all of our questions. She would send me lots of pictures of him. It was comforting to know our pup was being handled and loved every day by Leonor and her family. We signed a contract with her which showed me that she takes the process seriously!
My puppy, Teddy, is healthy, happy, playful, loving, cuddling, and he’s a tough little guy! He is so well-adjusted. She requested that I bring a t-shirt when we visited her for the first time so he could get used to our smell. Well it worked because he didn’t even cry the first night he was with us! Leonor is very knowledgeable and extremely caring breeder. We highly recommend her!”

Leonor is an exceptional breeder due to her passion and love of the breed. Her knowledge of the breed was most impressive.
In our search for a french bulldog, and after much online research of the breed, my husband and I knew that the most important factor when selecting a puppy, was not only good breeding, but a knowledgeable and trusted breeder.
I have had dogs and all kinds of other animals for my entire life. We have had pure breeds, and mixed breeds from private breeders, and rescues. We had the honor of raising seeing eye dogs from a pup to adulthood.
We chose a frenchie because of the breeds joyful demeanor, playfulness, and its perfect size since we are recent retirees.
After talking with, and researching many breeders, we found that Leonor is an exceptional breeder due to her passion and love of the breed. Her knowledge of the breed was most impressive.
Upon visiting her home, you are immediately greeted by very friendly and healthy frenchies. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the home, and the steps Leonor took to protect the pups. (we were required to dress in garb to prevent any illnesses spreading to the litter).
Leonor raises her pups in her living room, not in kennels. The pups were taken care of by herself, her husband, two daughters, and other family and friends. This led to the strong socialization of our current pup, “Rocky”. The mother of the pup is the family pet, and is not used soley for breeding. This was important to us based upon prior experiences.
When we left with our “little boy” we were provided with a comprehensive packet of frenchie information that has proven invaluable to us. This included do’s and don’ts, vet checks needed and when. This will be most helpful to our vet. In addition, the family tree and photos of Rocky were sent home with us as well. A beautiful personal touch that we will always treasure!!!! As we left her home, with new pup in hand, we could see Leonor shedding a few tears. She truly loved our Rocky. We stay in touch daily, and Leonor is so thrilled to see photos and videos of our playful pup.

It was an incredible experience to find a breeder that treated her Frenchies like family.
I stumbled across LilyToby Frenchies through the AKC website. As soon as I read more about her as a breeder and saw pictures of her puppies I decided to contact her. Within a few hours we had scheduled a time in the coming weeks for me to come and meet the puppies. As a pet owner I was excited to meet the breeder, puppy, and their mom before I committed. But I was equally as happy to have a breeder who was just as interested in meeting me. When I walked in the door Leonor had me wash my hands, put on a medical gown, and shoe covers. We spent about 45 minutes talking about her journey to becoming a breeder. I was extremely comforted by her warm persona and felt confident in my decision. The puppies were only four weeks old but were very socialized and I was so pleased to see how taken care of the mother, Lily, was.
After sharing my experience with my family, also proud frenchie owners, my sister, Carly, decided to contact Leonor about the other female in the litter. A week before we scheduled to pick up the puppies Leonor called Carly to share the news that her puppy, now named Betty, was deaf. My sister, a new puppy owner, was very nervous about potential other health conditions associated with deafness. Leonor was quick to comfort my sister and connect her with resources for training and owning a deaf dog. Leonor shared the parental health records at length and took the time explaining what puppy ownership with a deaf dog would look like. After being connected with all of these resources my sister was even more sure of her decision to take Betty home.
When we went to pick up the puppies Leonor shared that no matter what happens she will always take her puppies back. She had us both sign contracts and gave us a plethora of puppy necessities before we left. She created a binder filled with information including: puppy bathroom and feeding schedules, their vet/vaccine documents, pictures from the day the were born until the day they went home, what dogs can and can’t eat, and more. She also gave us a huge bag of puppy food, leash and collar, puppy toys, a portable water bowl and more.
Our experience with Leonor didn’t end the day we took the girls home. We have both been in contact with Leonor and she is the first person we turn to for the necessary puppy questions. It was an incredible experience to find a breeder that treated her Frenchies like family. Not only is she professional when it comes to breeding but she is very warm and welcoming. We would both recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a well-breed French Bulldog from a wonderful, loving home. – Allie S
